c++/8152: segfault in compiler with static const member in class

If a static const member of type pointer to member is initialized in class, and the initializer is a template argument, gcc-3.2 exits with a segmentation fault.
The full compiler output is as follows:

Gcc-2.95.3 compiles such a construct fine.

compiling of the attached preprocessor output (c++ -Wall -c nocompile.ii).
>Fix:
A non in-class initialization is accepted. 
I.e. :
-------------------------------
 class A;
 
 template<int A::* P>
 class B
 {
 public:

 static int A::* const p;
 };

 template<int A::* P>
 int A::* const B<P>::p = P;

 class A
 {
 public:

 int dummy;
 B<&A::dummy> d;
 };
--------------------------------
compiles just fine.
