Gcc 3.2 (20020609) fails with -O2 on vax-netbsd.

Subject: Gcc 3.2 (20020609) fails with -O2 on vax-netbsd.

/tmp/vis.i: In function `_svis':
/tmp/vis.i:26: error: verify_flow_info: Duplicate edge 29->30
/tmp/vis.i:26: internal compiler error: verify_flow_info failed

It compiles successfully with -O1.  Note that during the build of
NetBSD, the above errors happens with about 20 files (though the
edge numbers differ for each file).
