Compiling problems with today's snapshot (Jun 2 06:06 Entries)

Dear Sirs,

the following error message came up when making the bootstrap with the today's snapshot:
stage1/xgcc -Bstage1/ -B/usr/local/gcc-3.2-cvs//sparc-sun-solaris2.8/bin/ -c -g -O2 -gnatpg -gnata -I- -I. -Iada -I/usr/local/src/tmp/GCC/GCC3.1-CVS/gcc/gcc/ada /usr/local/src/tmp/GCC/GCC3.1-CVS/gcc/gcc/ada/exp_ch11.adb -o ada/exp_ch11.o

gnat1: out of memory allocating 131072 bytes after a total of 631406592 bytes

That means eating up the swap.

stage1 is build by the following gcc:
Reading specs from /usr/local/gcc-3.1/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/3.1/specs
Configured with: /usr/local/src/tmp/GCC/gcc-3.1/configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc-3.1 --verbose
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.1
and gnat1:
