    Fixed in recent versions of gcc.  The following messages are
    displayed instead of internal compiler error:
    
    In file included from PPCheck.h:42,
                     from PPCheck.cc:6:
    PacketDef.h:15: syntax error before `;' token
    In file included from PPCheck.cc:6:
    PPCheck.h:53: parse error before `&' token
    PPCheck.cc: In member function `void Message::pack(string&, const string&)':
    PPCheck.cc:30: `copy' undeclared in namespace `std'
    PPCheck.cc: In member function `unsigned int Message::unpack(string&, char**, 
       unsigned int)':
    PPCheck.cc:67: `copy' undeclared in namespace `std'
    PPCheck.cc: In member function `void Message::MakePayload()':
    PPCheck.cc:82: must use .* or ->* to call pointer-to-member function in `
       PayloadFn[this->Message::Type] (...)'
    PPCheck.cc: At global scope:
    PPCheck.cc:91: parse error before `&' token
    PPCheck.cc:101: confused by earlier errors, bailing out
