Significant recent increase in g++ fails on cygwin

Subject: Significant recent increase in g++ fails on cygwin

Some time in the last 48 hours, between
 - Fri Mar 15 05:51:03 2002 UTC and
 - Sun Mar 17 22:36:18 2002 UTC
the number of 3.2 g++ testsuite failures has increased significantly.
