But the "@ifset vms" parts remain in place.
May I now make the two commits (see gcc-patches), please? You can
send me all the target-specific versions of the manual and I can put
them on the web temporarily, if you like. But I don't think we should
incorporate them into the CVS right now, since we have not yet decided
on the approach we are going to use for generating the manual, and
these files might be superfluous soon.
