Read http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html for guidelines on
how to submit bug reports to the GCC GNATS database.
It's not clear that the bug report you submitted is
purely a GCC bug. Investigating the bug would require
more time and effort than the volunteers in the
GCC project can provide.
My advice would be to either contact the people at
HP working on gcc: opensource@cup.hp.com
or to contact consultants who are familiar with
low-level gcc issues:
