Submitter reports fixed (collision with previous versions).
Note that "make install" does not dare to remove anything
that was already there. The previous installation of GCC
may not have come from us; it could come from a third party.
We didn't put it there; we have no right to touch it. The
GCC installation isstructions recommend using a fresh
install directory for each version for precisely this reason,
unless you know what collisions to expect.
