* unwind-dw2-fde.c (__deregister_frame_info): Stringize use
of __USER_LABEL_PREFIX__.

* unwind-dw2-fde.c (__deregister_frame_info): Stubbify in favour of...
(__deregister_frame_info_bases): New.
* unwind-dw2-fde.h: Declare it.
* libgcc-std.ver: Export it.
* crtstuff.c (__do_global_dtors_aux): Call it if we would have
called __register_frame_info_bases.
seems to have broken the C ABI for systems which use (some versions
of) GNU libc. Bootstrap fails in stage2 because gengenrtl aborts. I
get a suspicious backtrace, but it appears to have crashed on exit,
inside the version of __deregister_frame_info provided by libc.so.6.
I don't think gengenrtl is doing anything dubious, so it's a general
problem...

cvs up -D '2001-05-22 23:00:00' gets me a tree that works, or at least
it's happily churning through the stage2 build right now.
