Never mind, I had mis-read the error message as being related with
Thread model, not EH model.

But now that I think of it, I'm wondering whether it wouldn't be a
good idea to use a similar mechanism as that used to print the thread
model to print the EH model, so that it wouldn't be necessary to
compile anything to figure it out.

Richard, do you think that would be feasible?  Desirable?
