GNATS entry 2463 - downgraded from priority HIGH to MEDIUM.

Well, it's not as bad as RARE ...

It turns out this isn't a regression at all (I don't know what I was
doing when I made it HIGH priority because I *thought* it was a
regression from 2.95.x).

Tested on Debian 2.2 alphaev6-unknown-linux-gnu via testsuite entry
g77.f-torture/execute/20010430.f:

2.95.2 (as delivered with Debian potato):	FAILS
2.95.3 (built by myself): FAILS
3.0-today (built by myself): FAILS
3.1-last-week (built by myself): FAILS
