IMHO code between "#if 0" and "#endif" should
be ignored completely. However, I get the following
error messages

Preproc.c:3:3: warning: multi-line string literals are deprecated
Preproc.c:3:3: missing terminating " character
Preproc.c:1:1: unterminated #if

  ' should be ignored
