How to deal with bugs in 2.95.3?

Dear developers,

I've got a question concerning bugs in 2.95.3.
As I get it there will be a gcc version 2.95.4.
However, PRs in GNATS reporting bugs in 2.95.3 are closed
with the comment "fixed in 3.0" so that the bugs will probably
remain unfixed in 2.95.4.

So my question is:
How to deal with bugs in 2.95.3 that do not appear in 3.0/3.1?
Does it still make sense to post them to GNATS (and perhaps mark
them as 2.95.x only somehow)?

Greetings,
Volker Reichelt
