I agree.  

I would appreciate it if one of the web-site experts can look into
changing this button.  

As it stands, the button is misleading.  Confidentiality is a very
serious business.  In the worst case, this button could lead to legal
problems for everyone involved: the FSF, Red Hat as the company
hosting the site, and all of us as GCC developers.

Tom, I know you're something of a GNATS guru; can you remove the
button, or at least change the text to something like "unused"?
