Re: ARM Linux ICE in bootstrap (single_set_1, at rtlanal.c:871)

I'm just testing a patch for this.  Some new code that was added here 
assumes that an insn containing a parallel will always have more than one 
entry in it.  The prologue insn on the ARM doesn't always satisfy this 
assertion, which is a pain.
