This change:

        2000-09-12  Jason Merrill  <jason@redhat.com>

	* decl2.c (handle_class_head): Generate a TYPENAME_TYPE for
	'class This::Inherited'.

seems to have broken these test cases:

  FAIL: g++.other/decl5.C caused compiler crash
  FAIL: g++.other/headers1.C caused compiler crash
  FAIL: g++.robertl/eb127.C caused compiler crash
  FAIL: g++.robertl/eb42.C caused compiler crash
  FAIL: g++.robertl/eb43.C caused compiler crash

Reverting this change fixes them.
