not a feature, a bug (Re: explanation (was Re: gcc std namespace bug))

than this a bug and has no sence that -fhonor-std (and may be -fvtable-thunks
and -fnew-abi) is (are) command line options for gcc. it has no sence 
just the case of gcc compilation itself since I have to recompile libgcc
to use this option which means if I have a given gcc (binary) than I don't
have options wheather I use it or not (if gcc was compiled with it I have to
use it, if gcc compiled without it I mustn't use it). may be it can be 
a configure option for gcc compilation but not a command line options.
do I misunderstand something ?
