I didn't find any other relevant mailing-list so I mail this
here. Please direct me to the proper place if this isn't supposed to
go here.
On the web page <http://gcc.gnu.org/install/binaries.html> it says
"DOS: DJPP". This is a spelling mistake. It's "DJGPP".
