f/com.h's usage of LONG_TYPE_SIZE is wrong(was: Re: LONG_TYPE_SIZE in mips.h is wrong)

Ok, I've changed the subject and redirect the bug report again to
gcc-bugs (why are sending it to gcc-patches?) in the hope to get the
attention of some Fortran developers.
