It is appended by the mail gateway of the company I work for, without leaving
me a choice. I understand, sympathise with and apologise for the uneasy
feeling it causes in you.
As long as I address my email to a (semi-)public list like this as "the
individual" (or as one of several "individuals"), the condition should be void
anyway, I suppose But I will raise the issue with management. Thanks for
pointing it out.
