I just got the following message back. It tells me two things: People
modifying the status of bug reports via gnatsweb really need a working
mail forwarding on gcc.gnu.org, and no, you cannot respond to
gnats-prs. I wonder how the reply on other -prs lists work then, such as
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/ml/java-prs/2000-q1/ on java.net/170.

Please note that this is *probably* the same bug as reported in PR77,
which you might want to close as well.
