It's perfectly clear. I don't pretend to put my opinion above the standard. I
just wanted to draw your attention to the fact that this issue is handled
rather unprecisely in the standard (whether purposely or through oversight - I
can't judge). At any rate, it seems to leave some free space for the
implementors. My intention was to suggest how to fill this uncertainty in a
reasonable manner.
