By default, the contrib/warn_summary script only shows bootstrap
stage3 warnings. However it has flags to change this. What you want
can be done with "warn_summary -s0". See the comments at the top of
the script for details on the flags it accepts. (Note, I don't think
the Makefile rule to email these passes any flags.)

Please no. Each of these lib* subdirs needs its own system.h. Its
much cleaner to solve the problem once rather than repeatedly tweak
each file in a subdir.
I think libchill and libobjc are target only libs, so perhaps they
could include tsystem.h from the gcc dir? I think libobjc already
includes tconfig.h so its a nice fit. Libiberty couldn't do this
though since it must also be compiled outside the context of gcc, it
would need its own system.h.
