I have installed RedHat 6.1 on 3 different machines with the same result. If
I type "gcc" I immediately get a segmentation fault and I core dump. I admit
that I am no Linux expert but I do know how to extensively search the
Internet for clues. I have found no mention of this problem? I have
installed binary RPMs from the CD and other FTP sites, including yours.
Attached is a copy of a core dump.
