The number of mailers that are able to properly decode your message
with Content-Type: message/partial; id=Z35329QXbT; number=5; total=8
is quite small, our bug reporting instructions at
http://egcs.cygnus.com/faq.html#bugreport
eplicitely mention that.

PS: I am not one of our C++ maintainers, but a subject of "brain damage
in c++ compiler" is certainly not the proper way to motivate them! (Mike
Stump probably would put this much stronger, I guess. :-> )
