I notice that on the systems where I've been able to build the
current snapshots, <wctype.h> is really just an alias for
<wchar.h>. There is also a gnu file /usr/include/g++/cwctype
which invokes <wctype.h> which however doesn't exist. So is the
intention to pass on through to <wchar.h> unless the system
has a special <wctype.h>?
