I sent the complete preprocessed (-save-temps option) file, so everything
necessary should be in there.

A good starting point is http://egcs.cygnus.com with links to everything you
need. I use a version checked out from CVS, but the latest snapshot
from ftp://egcs.cygnus.com/pub/egcs/snapshots shows the same warnings compiling
Qt.
