Bug PR fortran/71783.

Please give some guidance to solve this.

The following code:

SUBROUTINE prtdata(ilen)
INTEGER :: ilen
character(len=ilen), allocatable :: cline(:)
allocate(cline(2))
cline(1) = 'a'
cline(2) = cline(1)
END SUBROUTINE prtdata

leads to an Internal Compiler Error in both 5.4 and 6.1 (and possibly previous versions).

Richard Biener commented:

The [Fortran Front End] is failing to put 'cline' into a BIND_EXPR. It has a '.cline' but not 'cline'.

I have no clue where to fix this, but this code was compiled correctly by versions prior to 5.

Thanks for any help,
