Is this a new problem? "truncate" exists since the Tree-SSA merge
(2004-05-13).
Or is there simply an additional header included which was not before
included?

OK - assuming that you have successfully bootstrapped. (I assume you did
and I don't see a reason why it should fail even if you didn't.)
