:ADDPATCH fortran:

Attached patch fixes the GETARG intrinsic by:
  * matching the names of arguments with the g77 names and the doc
  * instead of only allowing default integer, we allow (following g77)
all integer kinds no wider than the default integer kind

Regtested on i686-apple-darwin, OK to commit?
