Possible regression on Cygwin

Subject: Possible regression on Cygwin

I am seeing this failure on Cygwin today. Built last night.

Anyone else seeing this?

FAIL: gfortran.dg/intrinsic_actual_4.f90 (test for excess errors)
WARNING: gfortran.dg/intrinsic_actual_4.f90 compilation failed to produce executable

Looks like it may be string related.
