The testsuite now hangs in nan_1.f90 on Cygwin_NT/amd_64. I have
never seen this happen before - it does not even time out! It
hangs in compilation - if you have any thoughts on how this might
be happening, let me know and I'll take a look-see.
Any news? Anyone else sees this?
