Thanks, I missed the warning.
gfc_code *cnext;
gfc_actual_arglist *arg = cnext->ext.actual; /* <<<<< */
The initialization should be omitted because...
and later:
cnext = cblock->next;
..cnext is set her and only used afterwards.
