  PR fortran/30437
  * gcc.dg/Wall.c: New.
  * gcc.dg/Wno-all.c: New.
  * gfortran.dg/Wall.f90: New.
  * gfortran.dg/Wno-all.f90: New.

For the record, the Fortran parts of this look okay to me (though I'm not a Fortran maintainer, just someone who was recently poking about in options.c).

I specifically want to note that the handling of gfc_options.warn_tabs is correct, because at first glance it looks wrong. For some reason, the Fortran -Wtabs option is set up "backwards", so that -Wtabs turns the warning off, and -Wno-tabs turns it on, and thus it is indeed correct for -Wall to imply -Wno-tabs and vice-versa.
