If the function isn't constant-folded by mpfr and the function
does not have a builtin version (eg __builtin_cos), then the
function comes from the OS supplied libm.  I have no idea what
dylib means, but I suppose the answer is yes to the first question.
The answer to the 2nd question is also yes.  You need to contact
the vendor if the error is in libm.

All output is handled by gfortran.
