thanks Steve.  i'll try and generate a new diff with the fixes i've done
lately, which should fix the code on the wiki.  i've been trying to follow
the coding style more closely and remembering to use emacs to tabify the
code before i submit it.  :-)  i also have other tests that verify that
the compiler catches certain errors, but i couldn't get them to fit in the
dejagnu framework correctly.  i might simply attach them and their
expected output and ask for help on them too.
