Subject: [libgfortran,commited] Cleanup of c99 functions

Hi all,

I commited the attached patch to mainline, gathering the last fallback C99 float functions (bessel and error) in c99_intrinsic.c, and adding the corresponding prototypes to c99_protos.h. Tested on i686-linux and sparc-solaris2.9 (known for its poor support for C99 float math functions).
