Steve,
Looking at your table above, 2 PM PST works for me on Saturday
(kids soccer games occupy the AM). I'll be on IRC at that time.
I cannot make it today but that would work most Saturdays. If you are
going to meet today, I will try to join you later on.
Just a thought; maybe, rather than one big jamboree meeting, we should
have a regualr slot on #gcc?
Agenda Items:
1) Smashing bugs.
Yes, indeed - some kind of informal plan would be nice.
2) Integration of ISO C BINDING when available. FX tells me that
it is a huge patch, so many eyes will be needed.
The approach to integrating intrinsic modules needs to be talked through.
3) Updating the manual (I know that this needs works even with
Brooks and Daniel's recent efforts).
4) Others?
Reform of array descriptors to cope with stride in bytes not being
modulo the size of the type.
What happened/is happening to the work to change to C type arrays?
I personally hope to write the needed mpfr to gmp and gmp to mpfr
bitwise copy patch that pault has asked me to look into. This
should help fix the last TRANSFER bug.
Great! I think that there is probably equal division of labour there;
between the numerics and the marshalling of the constructors.
Cheers
Paul
