Did you put Olav up to this?

problem that you surmised that I missed in yesterday's patch!
I did not apply this latter for the simple reason that I need an evening to analyse putting all the
if statements into a block; I was not sure of the effect of changing the order of these if statments
and the call to gfc_add_interface_mapping or of including the latter in the condition that there should
be an fsym and an expression. I should emit a revised patch tonight or tomorrow morning that will
deal now with two birds, for the expenditure of a single stone.
