new 4.1 gfortran failures

There appears to be a set of new gfortran testsuite failures in 4.1 on
MacOS X 10.4...

FAIL: gfortran.dg/module_parameter_array_refs_1.f90 -O (test for excess errors)
FAIL: gfortran.dg/pure_non_intrinsic_dummy_1.f90 -O (test for errors, line 16)

Are these all expected to fail under 4.1?
