specific to the SOM object format.
* pa.c (output_function_prologue): Do not emit the function's

* pa-pro-end.h (STARTFILE_SPEC): Undefine before redefining.
* pa-pro.h: Deleted.
* som.h: New file with SOM specific definitions.
* elf.h: New file with ELF specific definitions.
