* dwarf2out.c (print_loc_descr): New.
(print_dw_val): New.
(print_attribute): New.
(print_loc_descr): New.
(print_die): Use print_dw_val.
(debug_dwarf_loc_descr): New.
* dwarf2out.h (debug_dwarf_loc_descr): New declaration.
