Include <machine/ansi.h> on NetBSD.

Check for _BSD_XXX_T_ as well as _XXX_T_.
Add _BSD_XXX_T_ to list of defines to check and define for a given
type for SIZE_T, PTRDIFF_T, and WCHAR_T.
