gcc/
* config/h8300/logical.md (<code>qi3_1<cczn>): New pattern.
(andqi3_1<cczn>): Removed.
(<ors>qi3_1): Do not split for IOR/XOR a single bit.
(H8/SX bit logicals): Split out from other patterns.
* config/h8300/multiply.md (mulqihi3_const<cczn>): Renamed from
mulqihi3_const_clobber_flags.
(mulqihi3<cczn>, mulhisi3_const<cczn>, mulhisi3<cczn>): Similarly
