* hard-reg-set.h (COPY_HARD_REG_SET, COMPL_HARD_REG_SET)
(AND_HARD_REG_SET, AND_COMPL_HARD_REG_SET, IOR_HARD_REG_SET)
(IOR_COMPL_HARD_REG_SET): Allow the "from" set to be constant.
