gcc/ChangeLog:
* config.gcc (hppa*-*-netbsd*): New target.
* config/pa/pa-netbsd.h: New file.
* config/pa/pa32-netbsd.h: New file.

libgcc/ChangeLog:

* config/pa/t-netbsd: New file.
