gcse.c (alloc_pre_mem): Do not alloc TRANSPOUT, it is not needed by our gcse pass anymore.

        * gcse.c (alloc_pre_mem): Do not alloc TRANSPOUT, it is not
        needed by our gcse pass anymore.
        (free_pre_mem): Corresponding changes.
        (compute_pre_data): Do not call compute_transpout anymore.
