gcc.c (do_spec): Issue a warning for '%[]' usage.

        * gcc.c (do_spec): Issue a warning for '%[]' usage.
        * Undo this change.
        * gcc.c: Delete %[spec] support.
        (do_spec_1, case '('): Likewise.
        (do_spec_1, case '['): Call error.
