configure.in (enable_libstdcxx_v3): Add.

        * configure.in (enable_libstdcxx_v3): Add.
        (target_libs): Add bits here to switch between libstdc++-v2 and
        libstdc++-v3.
        * config.if: And this file too.
        * Makefile.in: Add libstdc++-v3 targets.
