genrecog.c (find_operand): Handle 'V' format code.

        * genrecog.c (find_operand): Handle 'V' format code.
        (find_matching_operand): New.
        (validate_pattern): Accept '=' for an in-out operand if there
        is another operand with a matching constraint.
